Please note,
One Representative and one Observers shall be appointed by each NZ Affiliated Club and Distributor that is an Ordinary Affiliated Member of the Association. The Representative can be an ECM, but it is not a requirement that one of the representative, is an ECM. The Observers shall not have speaking nor voting rights.
