Club Race and Fun Days, Tairua Harbour, Coromandel.
Hi All Riders and Supporters
Yip, it is all on for this weekend, March 4th and 5th, Saturday and Sunday.
The next in the list of fun and serious events we are holding this coming year. It will be run as Club days, in the Tairua Harbour, with separate races for all classes and experience of Riders, and skis.
Road access is via Manaia Road and parking will be on the Beach Reserve.
Full tide is 11.45am
The Schedule
- Registration and scrutineering – on site from 9.00am
- Riders Brief and total layout of proceedings for the day 10.15-10.30 ALL Must Attend
- First race 10.45
We’re hoping for 6-7 Races over a variety of classes (including novice) over the day with the high tide allowing a good day’s fun and activity for all
So even if you’ve never raced before bring your pole ski or runabout ski and come and join us for a couple of fund days of racing. You will need a motoX type helmet and a life vest.
So come over to this great venue for the weekend. There are market stalls on the reserve and locals love having us there. Remember to bring $40 entry fee if you’re a Club Member $60 for non-members. You’ll also need a Race Licence, free for your first day and $20.00 for Day 2.
